Requesting Find Home transfers visitors to the website(s) of a real estate professional licensed to do business within the state and metro area the visitor has requested. Neither NewSchoolReport.com, NewComerNetwork.com nor its parent company, Bond Content Publishing Inc., accepts or receives any real estate transaction fees.
Completed forms that request a Newcomer/School Guide Magazine permit the visitor two options:
ONE - No contact from the vendors associated with NewSchoolReport.com. This option requires the visitor to remit $10 for the magazine and $5 for shipping and handling.
TWO - a complimentary magazine. Upon choosing to receive a magazine/shipping at no charge, the visitor has agreed to have his/her name added to the NewSchoolReport mailing list and to have his/her contact information forwarded to the vendor that supplies magazine for the specific state/metro area requested. Visitors requesting complimentary magazines are in no way required to do business with the vendor supplying the complimentary publication and mailing. Those listed may opt out of receiving additional contacts after receiving the publication.
